Your memory, your control
How memory works.
Lumi remembers how you actually travel — not to build a profile, but so every trip starts already knowing you. Here is exactly what that means, and how to stay in control of it.
Structured memory, not transcript hoarding.
Lumi stores useful summaries of what matters to your travel — a preference, a place you loved, a lesson from a past trip — not a recording of every message you've ever sent her.
Useful, never creepy.
Memory surfaces as care, always under your control. She'll say “I remembered you love slow mornings,” never “I noticed you looked at flights at 2am.” Memory should feel like a friend who pays attention, not a system that watches.
You control it — fully.
You can see what Lumi remembers, and remove any of it, at any time. Nothing is hidden, and nothing is permanent unless you want it to be.
Never sold, never mined.
Your memory exists to serve you. It is never treated as inventory, and it is never sold or used against your attention.
When she isn't sure
Honesty about memory includes honesty about its limits. If Lumi hasn't vetted something recently enough to be confident, she says so instead of pretending certainty:
“I have not vetted that neighbourhood recently enough to pretend I am sure. Here is what I do trust nearby.”
View what Lumi remembers and remove this memory — both are always one tap away in your account.
