Data Deletion

You can delete your VoyageOS account and all associated data at any time. We comply with the GDPR right to erasure and with the data deletion requirements of identity providers (Facebook, Google, Apple).

How to request deletion

Send an email from the address associated with your account to:

contactvoyageos@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account".

We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your Clerk identity record (email, name, profile picture).
• All trips, itinerary items, packing lists, and notes stored under your account.
• Your membership tier metadata and any marketing email signup records tied to your address.
• Any third-party identity link (Google / Facebook / Apple) tied to your account.

What we keep

We may retain minimal records (e.g. a record that an account with your email was deleted on a given date) where required by law or for legitimate fraud-prevention purposes. We do not retain your trip content, profile data, or tracking information.
